Simms G4 Fishing Guide Wading Boot Product Review - Great Wading Boots for Your Next Fishing Trip
In a prior article I told you about William Joseph V2 Fishing Waders. Now I am going to tell you about my favorite kind of wading boots, the Simms G4 Guide Wading Boots with Vibram StreamTread Soles.
I have had a lot of problems with the felt soles coming unattached from my wading boots in the past. I have tried to reglue new felt soles on but that has never worked very well for me. With Simms Vibram G4 Boots this is not an issue.
I have also had trouble with slipping on smooth or algae covered rocks with my old felt soled boots. I haven't hurt myself yet luckily but it would be terrible to twist an ankle or break something by falling. Falling also can cause your waders to get some water inside of them which can be uncomfortable and cold. I have noticed that I have better traction with my Simms G4 Guide Wading Boots so I am less likely to slip on algae covered rocks.
