Warm water is out and cold water is in and the fish have followed. Feeding fish have moved to 70 feet and down 50 to the bottom. The big 20 pound Chinooks have been slow but this drop in temperature should cool the harbor and promote action in the inner harbor. Thomas Jones battled this trophy Chinook of 23 pounds 2 ounces!
