Texas is having some lovely weather right now and it is getting me to think about the upcoming fishing season. Now that the stock market is back up I might actually have a dime or two to my name that I can use to take some fishing trips this year. I am glad to see the economy getting back on track.
We need to make sure that the economy stays on track though. To do this we need to be responsible with our purchase decisions - especially with housing. All of these foreclosures should cause us to be more conservative and only buy what we can afford.
