Ice-Fishing has become a recreational sport...and has lead to discussion of why people ice fish and how we can better the experience. So much of ice-fishing involves socializing and the aspect of getting away from reality. Although many people need this to maintain a healthy life, the experience is always hindered by malfunctioning equipment and gear clutter that is involved with dragging equipment onto the ice.
