Help with surf Fishing at Playalind beach, Florida

Well i wanna go surf fishing, however i really don\'t know the proper bait, or anythikng else to use. I could really use help.

I live here in Jax Fl and all I do is surf fish I am very suscessfull with a jig head and cut squid into strips. I use a carolina rig with a bass worm hook also with cut squid and work it like an artificial lure along the bottom, kinda a jerk, jerk reel in the slack motion. I get flounder and reds that way. I do other methods as well but this produces fish quite often for me. Let me know if you have questions. Im not your typical \"cast bait and wait\" kinda guy.
